Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Perfect stay.

This is an excellent place to stay if you’re in the area for work. The location is fantastic. It’s close to a wide variety of shops and restaurants, as well as public transit, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable and functional stay. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout my visit. However, this review is especially for the housekeeping/cleaning team. They did a truly phenomenal job. Not only was the hotel impeccably clean each day, but their kindness and professionalism really stood out. It genuinely felt like they take pride in their work and are committed to maintaining a spotless, comfortable environment for guests. I’ve stayed at several Courtyard and other Marriott Bonvoy properties before, and while this location may not feature the most newly updated décor (though there was absolutely nothing wrong with it), it was so refreshing to return each evening to an immaculately clean room. That level of care makes a real difference! I would absolutely stay here again and would confidently recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed out here with my partner for two days for a hockey game at the SAP center ! It was only 15 minutes for us to get there and downtown :) We personally found it very comfortable, not to mention our check in was very smooth, no issues whatsoever. Front desk was super kind and funny, we enjoyed talking to him ! The mall is just down the road if you want to swing by, most places are a small drive or walking distance ! Would come back in the future :)

I would like to commend the hotel manager, Isabel, for her outstanding customer service and support during our recent stay. Upon our arrival, we encountered some booking issues, but Isabel handled everything with professionalism, understanding, and care. Her dedication to guest satisfaction was evident not only in her actions but also in the excellent service provided by the front desk staff under her leadership. They were all incredibly kind, helpful, and well-trained—a true reflection of her strong management. Thank you again, Isabel, for making our stay smooth and welcoming. Your efforts did not go unnoticed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and will definitely consider this place again. The rooms are clean and the AC and showers worked great. Lots of parking at the hotel, it is also next to the Great Mall so it's also convenient for shopping. The staff were very nice and kind, especially Rosie who was fantastic! The main downside is that it's a courtyard, so benefits for members are slightly weaker.

Had a great stay, amazing customer service and rooms were nice

My husband and I and our dog stayed here for two weeks. It was the most enjoyable stay. They were so accommodating. From the front desk, (George) the bistro staff (Richie,Micha,Daity) to housekeeping and maintenance. - I let the front desk know the screen door fell off the track and within 10 minutes someone was there to fix it. The people are not only great but the room itself was perfect for our long term stay. Would recommend this to anyone wanting an enjoyable stay.

I am rating this Marriott Courtyard with 5 stars for a few reasons. The location is prime for any events at Levi’s Stadium, and we were here for a game on short notice, so several of the hotels in the immediate area of the stadium were $400+. We just wanted to find convenient accommodations with a short trip to the stadium and this was perfect. The Milpitas BART and light rail are across the road from this Marriott. It worked out perfectly. Although our 3rd party booking app stated there was a hot tub, there is not. However the pool is well heated and very nicely set up with towels rolled up on chaise lounges, even into the evening. The customer service was excellent, with both Love and Max handling check-in and other issues perfectly. The server at the bar and restaurant was very competent and polite. Courtyard hotels are always set up pretty nicely, are clean, and well-stocked in the grab and go store. Anyone who has stayed at a Courtyard would know what to expect, and as the customer service was so great, I’m going with the 5-stars. We would return here for a game in the future.
